GENERAL
Some of our prank mails just contain a message inside, while other contain a novelty item to make the prank seem more realistic. None of the items are intended for actual use. This is a prank! The idea is to cause embarrassment to the recipient of the item and leave them with some explaining to do!
No. These pranks are designed for entertainment purposes only. We want to make people laugh! They must not be used to bully, harass or threaten anyone under any circumstances. If we are asked by the recipient to disclose who has sent them the prank, we will do so.
RETURNS
As each item is custom, from the sticker, to your custom message inside, we are not able to issue refunds or accept returns. However, if we have made a mistake (posted to the wrong address for example) then we will rectify the situation as quickly as possible at our expense.
SHIPPING
Standard shipping is FREE, however this does not come with tracking or signature on delivery. For the ultimate reaction, we recommend upgrading to Registered post with signature on delivery for an extra $5.95.
At this stage we only ship within Australia. We may soon start sending our Prank Mail items discretely to those who wish to purchase them internationally, so they can be sent by yourself locally to the recipient. Please contact us if this may be of interest to you.
No, as we are worried this may cause the recipient to feel like they are being threatened or intimidated. Remember, these items are sent for fun and laughs.
Standard shipping just arrives in your regular mail like normal. Registered requires the recipient to personally sign for the item on delivery, creating an incredibly awkward encounter with their postman!
The shipping name and shipping address is that of your victim. The billing name and billing address are your own details. Please be careful with this so you dont accidentally prank yourself!
