At Prank Mail Australia, we strive to ensure your prank packages are delivered swiftly and securely. Here are the details of our shipping process:

Shipping Methods: We use Australia Post for all deliveries, offering both Regular and Registered Post options. While regular shipping is free, we highly recommend choosing Registered Post as it includes tracking for added security.

Delivery Time: All orders are shipped from our office in NSW. Delivery typically takes 2-5 days, depending on the destination within Australia.

Processing Time: Due to the custom nature of our prank mail, it can take 1-3 days to create your order, depending on demand. Once your prank mail is ready, it will be shipped immediately.

Tracking: To receive a tracking number, you must select Registered Post at checkout. This allows you to track the progress of your prank package from our office to the recipient's doorstep.

Shipping Costs:

  • Regular Post: Free
  • Registered Post: Additional fee (highly recommended for tracking)

Shipping Restrictions: We currently only ship within Australia. 

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost, please report it to Australia Post along with your tracking number. Unfortunately, we have no control over packages once they are with Australia Post. For damaged packages, please contact us with details of the issue.

Returns: Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns unless a mistake has been made by our staff. If there is an error with your order, please reach out to us for assistance.
